Cancellation policy Camp & Workshop Cancellation Policy
We know schedules can change, and we do our best to accommodate families while ensuring we can plan and staff our camps appropriately.
60 days or more prior to the start of camp/workshop – You are eligible for a full refund of tuition paid.
30–59 days prior to the start of camp/workshop – You are eligible for a 50% refund of tuition paid or a full credit towards a future camp/workshop within 12 months.
Less than 30 days prior to the start of camp/workshop – No refunds will be issued. However, you may receive a credit of 50% of tuition paid to apply toward a future camp/workshop within 12 months.
